Domestic (U.S Shipments)
The majority of orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please contact tealitecandles@usa.com if you have not received an order confirmation email within 7 days of making your order to inquire about the status of your order. Please keep in mind that both the United States Postal Service ( USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) are experiencing delivery delays.
The processing hours shown above do not include the time the shipment spends traveling to and from its destination. Priority Mail is normally delivered within 1-3 business days of being placed in transit. UPS Ground typically delivers within 1-5 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information sent to your email address.

International Shipments
The majority of our international packages are shipped using UPS or DHL. Shipping timeframes vary based on your region, the time of year, and the postal service you use in your area. Orders should arrive within 3-7 business days, on average, after you obtain tracking information.
Customs, duties, and other costs may apply to international shipments, and these taxes are computed on a country-by-country basis. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges and fees that may be incurred. Customs may cause a delay in the delivery of international items. Unfortunately, we, at Tea Lite Candles, have no control over the situation.
FAQs
Why hasn’t my package arrived yet?
If you are awaiting a shipment in transit, it may arrive later than expected since USPS, UPS, and DHL are all experiencing higher-than-normal volume of packages. Packages may be delayed as a result, and there may be fewer scans performed along the way. If your shipment is lost, we will replace it at no charge.
Thank you for your understanding that these delays are higher than ever before as a result of the pandemic and are absolutely out of our hands.
Why won’t my tracking information update?
Because of the large number of packages arriving at shipping facilities, it is taking longer for each package to be scanned at each stage of the shipping process. If you are experiencing difficulties with your tracking information, please contact the shipping company directly. Besides the tracking information previously provided, Tea Lite Candles does not have any additional information about your package.
